Transactions
You can view transaction information by selecting Payments from the left-hand menu.
The Transactions section of the screen provides information about all the transactions carried out using Salable. You can filter the transactions displayed by amount, date, status, or payment method by clicking the relevant button above the transaction table.
You can get more detailed information on a transaction by clicking on the transaction in the table.
You can initiate a refund or partial refund on any transactions with a Succeeded status by clicking the row in the table for that transaction, and then clicking Send Refund. You can enter a refund amount, a reason, and any additional details. Refunds sent this way take 5-10 days to appear in the customer's account.
You can export the transaction table to CSV by clicking Export to bring up the Export payments screen. Here, you can select a date range and specify which columns to include in the CSV export.
