Disputes
You can view any payment disputes by selecting Payments from the left-hand menu.
The Disputes section of the screen displays a table that provides information about each dispute relating to payments you have received. You can filter the disputes displayed by reason, status, amount, the date the dispute was raised, or the deadline date for any response by clicking the appropriate filter button above the disputes table.
You can export the disputes table to CSV by clicking Export to bring up the Export disputes screen. Here you can select a date range and specify which columns to include in the CSV export.
You can click a row in the table for detailed information about the dispute and its associated charge. If the deadline for a response has not yet passed, you can either counter the dispute or accept it. If you counter the dispute, you can provide supporting evidence to counter the customer's claim. If you accept the dispute, a refund is processed, and the dispute is closed.
