Edit a Seat

You can only update the seats granteeId. Life cycle events such as renew and cancel are handled on the subscription. Expired or cancelled seats cannot be updated.

Update the Grantee ID​

  1. Navigate to the Seats tab
  2. Find the seat you are looking for.
  3. Select the pencil icon under the Actions column
  4. Enter the new Grantee ID field
  5. Select Update Seat
